A Few Beauty Tips For Healthy Hair
Avoid excessive shampooing. Once a day is usually enough.
Gently massage your scalp with your fingertips while shampooing to remove dead skin and improve circulation to your scalp.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, particularly at midday - ultraviolet rays can damage your hair.
Rinse your hair with clean water after swimming in chlorinated, polluted or salt water. Since it can damage your hair.
   
Hair Care During Monsoon
Hair needs to be washed regularly after every 2 days, as it can get sticky with excessive moisture.
Never leave the hair moist as it tends to attract pollutants.
Always wash the hair with lukewarm water.
Use only mild shampoos in this season, as heavy shampoos will make the hair limp.
Aloevera shampoo is recommended as it will give extra body & bounce to your hair.
Never tie your wet hair since it will damage your hair and can also leave a damp smell.
Comb wet hair with a wide toothcomb to avoid breaking of hair.
   
A Few Beauty Tips For Healthy Skin
Cleanse your skin thoroughly with a mild cleanser twice a week.
Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water in a day, which will help to keep your skin fresh.
Exercise regularly.
Follow a daily skin care routine twice a week of cleansing toning and moisturising.
Have a balanced diet of fruits and green vegetables. Avoid junk and oily/ fried food.
Avoid going into direct sunlight especially between 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. as the UV rays damage your skin. If required use a proper sunscreen cream or lotion of appropriate SPF (Sun protection factor) depending on the time you are going to spend in the sun.
Remove all make-up before going to bed.
Try and get a good sound sleep of atleast 8 hours.
Exfoliate your skin to get a fresh look using a good Scrub Cream, lotion or gel.
